also i would like to see a change to the time limited to the last 15 minutes of a game when managers use their reserve players to waste time.

One of the most obvious DOGSO situations is a handball by a defender other than the keeper in the penalty area. Coaches (especially in youth matches) used to tell players to use their hands if they had to, then pretend it was accidental, since giving up a yellow card, even when it resulted in an often-missed penalty kick, was considered acceptable.

Fans, not to mention responsible coaches, players and officials, want to see goals, not players gaining an advantage by cheating.

Further, I'd like to see an automatic match forfeiture (including perhaps a loss of standings points) for a handball DOGSO if the match is tied in stoppage time at the end of the second half.

A penalty kick to my taste is too much of a sure thing as it is. I cannot agree with giving the kicker an even greater chance of scoring by allowing him to fake.

Why not introduce a sin bin for fouls denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity.

I agree as well, the red card should stay. A yellow card allows the player to stay on the field, so they may just take the chance of a penalty kick, knowing they cannot get kicked out of the game.

I disagree with the idea of downgrading to a yellow card. This would definitely increase the number of fouls in the game since players would know they could get away with it.

Having a clear chance for a goal being taken away from you because you were fouled should result in a penalty shot and the player being sent off.

With the idea of faking during a penalty shot, I believe it's the result of goalies moving so much before the shot is even taken. Stop the goalie from moving, you'll stop the player from doing the same.

I can go either way on the penalty-kick fake, but I'm not a fan of the Red Card Reduction... The idea is make the penalty so high to keep players from playing dirty. So you're going to give the offending player two chances to take out the opposing team's striker, rather than just one?
