		<description>no doubt.  it can be very effective with the overloaded midfield but if players arent comfortable with it (mostly where they should be positioned) and arent comfortable with their teammates it could definitely turn the game sour for them.</description>

		<description>When I was in college, we tried the 4-5-1... and it was a disaster! If anyone is even thinking of trying this (just like any other change in their formation).. make sure to practice, practice, practice! And make sure all of your players know what they should be doing and when!</description>
