Alphabet

Do you have a sprained ankle? Do you have weak ankles? One way to strengthen your ankles is to do the Alphabet! The Alphabet exercise is great because you can do anytime and anywhere. It will help rehabilitate and strengthen your ankle after a sprain and also help prevent future sprains.

For the exercise, just draw out each letter of the alphabet in the air with your foot, using your big toe as a “pencil”. Repeat the alphabet 5 times about 3 times per day. This can be done in both upper and lower case, and even in cursive!
