Many could argue that the goalkeeper is one of the most difficult positions on the soccer field. A goalkeeper’s fitness, endurance, and reflexes are tested every game. To prepare for that, they need some intense training. Here’s a typical goalkeeper practice for the Men’s U.S. National Team.
